Cookie information
What is a cookie?
When visiting the website, we use cookies to save certain settings, simplify use of the site, and help collect relevant statistical information about visitors. Some cookies do not contain personal data and cannot identify individual users; others store a unique identifier — a secret, randomly generated number sequence — on the device, which may enable identification. Each cookie’s operating duration is described in its specific definition.
Legal basis for cookies
The legal basis for processing is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Contact
If questions are submitted by email, contact form, or phone regarding any product. Prior contact is not mandatory; contact can be made at any time.
Data processed
The data you provide during contact.
Retention period
We process the data only until the contact is concluded.
Legal basis
Your voluntary consent provided by initiating contact, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Your rights during processing
During the processing period, the following rights apply under GDPR:
Right to withdraw consent
Right of access to personal data and information about processing
Right to rectification
Right to restriction of processing
Right to erasure
Right to object
Right to data portability
Exercising your rights
Exercising rights requires identification, and communication with the Controller is necessary. Identification may require providing personal data already processed by the Controller; your complaint related to data processing will be available in the Controller’s email system within the period indicated in this notice. If you were a customer and want to identify yourself for complaints or warranty handling, please provide your order ID.
Response deadline
The Controller responds to data protection complaints within 30 days at the latest.
Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw consent at any time; we will delete the provided data from our systems. Note: for unfulfilled orders, withdrawal may mean we cannot complete delivery. For completed purchases, accounting laws prevent deletion of billing data. If you have an outstanding debt, data may still be processed based on legitimate interest for debt collection after withdrawal.
Access to personal data
You have the right to obtain confirmation whether processing is taking place and, if so, to access your data and receive information about:
Purposes of processing
Categories of personal data
Recipients or categories of recipients
Planned storage period or the criteria used to determine it
Your rights to request rectification, erasure, restriction, and to object (for legitimate interest)
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
Source of data if not collected from you
Existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and meaningful information about the logic involved and envisaged consequences
Repeated requests may incur a reasonable fee. Access is provided after identification, typically by email; if you have an account, access may be provided in your account area. Please indicate whether you request access to data or information about processing.
Right to rectification
You may request without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data.
Right to restriction
You may request restriction if:
You contest accuracy (restriction applies while accuracy is verified; if the correct data are immediately ascertainable, restriction is not applied)
Processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure and request restriction instead
The Controller no longer needs the data for the stated purpose, but you need them for legal claims
You objected to processing based on legitimate interest and verification is pending whether the Controller’s grounds override yours
While restricted, data (other than storage) are processed only with your consent, for legal claims, to protect another’s rights, or for important public interest. You will be informed in advance (at least 3 working days) before lifting a restriction.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
You may request erasure without undue delay if:
Data are no longer necessary for the purposes collected
You withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis
You object to processing based on legitimate interest and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
Data were processed unlawfully
Erasure is required to comply with a legal obligation under EU or Member State law
If we have made personal data public and must erase them, we will take reasonable steps (considering technology and cost) to inform other controllers processing the data that you requested deletion of links, copies, or replications.
Erasure does not apply if processing is necessary for:
Freedom of expression and information
Compliance with a legal obligation (e.g., invoice retention) or performance of a task in the public interest/exercise of official authority
Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
Right to object
You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interest; in such case, we will not process the data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the data are needed for legal claims. For direct marketing (including related profiling), you may object at any time; then the data will no longer be processed for that purpose.
Right to data portability
Where processing is automated or based on consent, you may request to receive your data in XML, JSON, or CSV; where technically feasible, you may request transmission to another controller in that format.
Automated decision-making
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. In such cases, the Controller will implement measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests, including the right to obtain human intervention, express your point of view, and contest the decision. This does not apply if the decision:
Is necessary for entering into or performing a contract between you and the Controller;
Is authorized by EU or Member State law that also lays down suitable measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests; or
Is based on your explicit consent.
Data protection registry
Under prior Hungarian law, certain processing activities had to be registered; this obligation ceased on 25 May 2018.
Data security measures
We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion, or destruction; accidental loss or damage; and inaccessibility arising from changes in technology. Within organizational and technical capabilities, we also require our processors to apply adequate security when handling your personal data.
Remedies
If you believe the Controller has violated data protection laws or failed to fulfill a request, you may initiate an investigation by the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (mailing address: 1363 Budapest, Pf.: 9., email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu). You may also bring a civil action before a court for violations of data protection laws or failure to fulfill a request.
Changes to this notice
We reserve the right to amend this notice without affecting the purpose and legal basis of processing. By using the website after the effective date of the amendment, you accept the updated notice. If we intend to process data for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, we will inform you beforehand about:
The envisaged storage period, or if not possible, the criteria used to determine it;
Your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable);
Your right to withdraw consent at any time for consent‑based processing;
Your right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;
Whether providing personal data is a statutory or contractual requirement, or necessary to enter into a contract, whether you are obliged to provide the data, and the possible consequences of failure to provide them;
The existence of automated decision‑making, including profiling, and meaningful information about the logic involved and potential consequences.
Processing may begin only after this information is provided and, where the legal basis is consent, after you give consent.
