2.1. The Service Provider operating the webshop sells products. A User is any natural or legal person who has a registered account in the webshop and/or places an order and purchases a product.
2.2. For issues not regulated in these Terms and for interpretation thereof, Hungarian law shall apply, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce and information society services, and Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation apply to the parties without specific stipulation.
2.3. These Terms are valid from 02/01/2023 until revoked.
2.4. By accessing or reading the website operated by the Service Provider in any way — even without registration — the User accepts these Terms as binding. If the User does not accept the conditions, access to the content is not permitted.
2.5. The Service Provider reserves all rights regarding the website, any of its parts and displayed content, and the distribution of the site. Downloading, electronic storage, processing, or sale of the site’s content or any part thereof is prohibited without the Service Provider’s written consent.
2.6. The Service Provider states that products sold in the webshop are owned by the Service Provider and held in stock, but not manufactured by the Service Provider; sales are carried out in a reseller capacity.Registration
Purchases can be made without registration. For delivery and purchase-related communication, the Service Provider requires the following data: name, delivery address (billing address), phone number, email address. During data entry, the User may opt to register. Registration enables faster checkout next time, viewing past orders, and tracking current order status.Ordering process
The User can add desired products to the shopping list by clicking “Add to cart.” This does not create an obligation to purchase or automatically submit the order. Then, by clicking the “My cart” link in the top right corner, selected products can be reviewed and the purchase finalized. Items in the cart can be removed; the invoice total and shipping cost can be viewed. The order details, especially prices and quantities, can be reviewed and modified as needed.
4.1. Prices
Prices are list prices valid at the time of ordering and are shown next to products in the webshop. Prices are gross but exclude shipping. Shipping costs appear during checkout before finalizing the order and in the payment and shipping information.
In case of errors or omissions regarding products or prices, the Service Provider reserves the right to correct them and will immediately inform the User of updated data. The buyer may then reconfirm the order or either party may withdraw from the contract.
4.2. Discounts, coupons, gift vouchers
Coupons provide discounts that reduce the purchase total. Enter the coupon code in the cart and click “Apply coupon” to deduct the amount automatically. After finalizing the order, discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Coupons and vouchers are non‑redeemable for cash, no partial redemption is possible, and any unused amount is forfeited.
4.3. Submitting the order
After entering data, the User submits the order; before sending, data can be reviewed, a note added, or additional requests emailed. By placing the order, the User acknowledges a payment obligation arises.
An email confirmation is sent after submission. If the confirmation does not arrive within a reasonable time depending on the service, but no later than 48 hours, the User is released from the offer or contractual obligation. The Service Provider excludes liability if the email fails due to reasons attributable to the User (e.g., incorrect email address, full mailbox).
The User acknowledges this confirmation is an automatic notice and does not constitute a contract. The contract is concluded when the Service Provider sends a subsequent email specifying order details and expected fulfillment.
4.4. Order processing
Orders are processed on business days between 9:00 and 17:00. Orders can be placed outside processing hours; orders placed after hours are processed on the next business day.
4.5. Confirmation
After placing the order, the User receives an automatic email acknowledging receipt. If no confirmation arrives within 48 hours, the User is released from the offer or contractual obligation. Until fulfillment begins, the order may be withdrawn electronically. Once fulfillment starts, the Buyer is notified by email; thereafter, withdrawal or modification is only possible in writing to info@bestformaruha.hu.
4.6. Payment terms
Payment is available by bank transfer or bank card. Card payments are processed via OTP Simple Pay.
4.6.1 OTP Simple Pay
I acknowledge that the personal data stored in the user database of https://bestformaruha.hu/ by Ange Milano Kft. (1062 Budapest, Andrássy út 68. A. building, 4th floor, 4.) as Controller are transferred to OTP Mobil Kft. as Processor. Transferred data: buyer’s name, residence/shipping address (postal code, county, city, street, house number), email address, phone number, payment method. 4.7. Invoicing
For every purchase, the Service Provider issues an e‑invoice, which the Buyer accepts by submitting the order. If a paper invoice is required, please indicate it in the order note.
4.8. Shipping
Shipping is free for orders over HUF 20,000. If the order total does not reach HUF 20,000, the shipping fee is HUF 1,190 gross. After payment, products are handed to the courier as soon as possible; for made‑to‑order items or items arriving from foreign warehouses, delivery may take up to 20 business days. Users will be notified by email of any delays.
Product returns
Products are accepted for return only in original condition and packaging, in complete quantity and quality.
The right of withdrawal follows Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on distance contracts. The right begins on the day of receipt; the buyer may withdraw within 14 days without justification.

The User bears the burden of proving that withdrawal was exercised in accordance with Section 20 of Decree 45/2014 (II.26.). The Service Provider refunds all payments received, including the original delivery cost (not the return cost), within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, except additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard method offered. Refunds are made by bank transfer with the buyer’s consent; otherwise by the original payment method. No additional fees apply.
Refund may be withheld until the product is received back. The User must return or hand over the product without undue delay, no later than 14 days from notifying withdrawal; the deadline is met if the product is sent before the 14 days expire. The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the User.
The Buyer is liable for any diminished value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Withdrawal cannot be exercised if any accessories are missing.
If damage is discovered during unboxing in the presence of the courier and occurred before receipt, the Service Provider will immediately accept the return and cancel the sale. Any damage or content shortage during delivery must be recorded in a report between the handing and receiving parties. The Service Provider cannot accept liability for later‑reported shortages or damage.
Consumer complaints and recourse to a conciliation body
6.1. The User may withdraw the order electronically until the Service Provider confirms it. After confirmation, withdrawal is only possible with compensation for the Service Provider’s incurred damages.
The User must inspect the package upon delivery; any damage observed on the product or packaging must be recorded in a report, and damaged packages need not be accepted.
Complaints related to delivery must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery. Complaints may be sent by email to the Service Provider or by post to 1062 Budapest, Andrássy út 68. A. building, 4/44.
Oral complaints are examined immediately and remedied if justified. Written complaints are investigated within 30 days of receipt, and the User is informed of the result and available remedies.
For damaged products that were accepted without objection, the User bears the burden of proving damage occurred during delivery. If the complaint is rejected, the User may turn to the conciliation body competent for the Service Provider’s registered seat.
6.2. European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Warranty
Products are marketed in accordance with Hungarian warranty laws, in particular Civil Code Act V of 2013, Chapter XXIV (Defective Performance), and Decree 19/2014 (IV.29.) NGM on procedures for handling warranty and guarantee claims in consumer‑business contracts.Retention of title
Delivered goods remain the supplier’s property until full payment of the purchase price. For incorrect or unaccepted orders, the product is re‑stocked under the “new” owner’s name, and after successful resale, the proceeds are paid to the new owner.Other provisions
